Call Center Representative Job Description: Top Duties and Qualifications

A Call Center Representative takes calls from customers and answers any questions or addresses any concerns they may have. Their duties included, but are not limited to, handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers’ needs or issues, and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Call Center Representative Duties and Responsibilities

Call Center Representatives complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation. They will have the following responsibilities:

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance, support, and solutions
  • Guide callers through trouble navigating the company website
  • Aid in the process of booking birthday parties, group events, and purchasing merchandise over the phone via the website

Call Center Hourly Pay Rate Expectations

4 part time positions are open
Pay will be $12 an hour with a minimum of a 24 hour work week.

Call Center Representative Training and Experience Requirements

Call Center Representatives must have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. No experience is required, but thorough training is to be completed before starting.

Call Center Representative Start, End, and Work-Week Expectations

Starting day is 05/13/24 through season ending 09/02/24.
